Yohji Yamamoto offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and security seals intact. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and intimate apparel may be ineligible for return due to their exclusive nature.
Initiate Your Request
Access your order history through the 'My Account' portal or the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior to prevent processing delays.
Affix Shipping Label
Utilize the pre-paid DHL or FedEx return label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal, and schedule a collection or drop-off at an authorized point.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
